Q: What is your greatest strength as an employee?
A: I am willing to perform services in exchange for currency

Q: What is your greatest weakness?
A1: I require shelter and calories to live and thus must perform services in exchange for currency.
A2: I don’t have any, I’m great at everything.

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?
A: Having amassed enough capital that I do not need to perform services in exchange for currency in order to survive.

I have been interviewing new assistant candidates recently, and you might think that they’d have learned from all of the jokes in pop culture about the strengths and weaknesses question, but no! They still do the same BS “I care TOO much, I work TOO hard.” I actually laughed at one of them… whoops! 🙂
